Excessive consumption of starches
All seafood. fish fowl ! & all flesh foods Yogurt, butter, eggs. cow's milk, cheese Wheat, oats. barley, rice, corn, bread, spelt Kamut, amaranth, teff, buckwheat All beans except lima and soy beans High fat meals (more than 20% of calories from fat) High protein diet (over 25 grams per day) All pastas, macaroni, and noodles.
