Health History:

Female, Born 1948 - of Native American descent – black Irish and Black Dutch. Birth Weight - 2 lbs. 4 ounce - jaundice at birth - short time after complete blood change was done.

Unknown rash glands in neck and under chin swell like mumps, mastoid effected and swollen, blisters appear, itching, pain, swelling, they break and drain then bleed, leaves some scarring – 1952

Could only be from being beaten with baby bottle by biological father - the med staff made such a big deal out of this, but no one would tell me anything, not even the doc.

Mystery rash again, the worst flare up ever - swelling leaves left eye, but right eye swollen nearly closed, mastoids swollen, sores in and around both ears, checks and lips - same itching, blistering and pain - continuous from 8-28-95 to 5-18-96.

Some time in 96, I broke down and saw a doctor and was diagnosed with having vasculitis - in other words a fancy way of saying they don’t know what is causing these flare ups, it’s just an infection of the blood for reasons that are unknown. I got so tired of all the doctors, tests, poking and prodding, their miserable drugs, misdiagnosis of things and their shot gunning, I started treating myself and begin to obtain some relief when these flare ups happen. The only time I see a doctor is once a year to get blood work done so I can get the Synthroid medicine. In spite of continuous flare-ups, I’ve never felt better since I’ve stopped going to see a doctor, wished I didn’t have to take the Synthroid! One more thing, I’m both near and farsighted, my glasses are bifocals, who knows, maybe some day I won’t need them at all, and soon to be a non-smoker after 44 years!

September 24
Today we got the vortex trap together and working at 6 p.m. We let the well water run for about 10 minutes before letting it run over our hands to see what it felt like besides cold, we licked it off our fingers to see if it was sweet, at first it didn’t seem to be and had the taste of iron, but we do have a light iron in our water. We filled a one-gallon glass jug to set under our 24 inch pyramid overnight, then filled 2 -16 ounce glasses to drink slowly before we ate a light supper 1/2 hour later, the only meal we had for the day.

All day we munched on purple grapes as usual for the past 2 months along with a couple of hands full of pecans this time. About an hour later around 7 p.m. we noticed our hands had a very smooth feeling, we tasted our fingers and there was a sweet taste after all, but the water didn’t really seem to have a sweet taste as we drank it, (the iron taste did leave the water) but it was very cold, maybe if we had let it warm up some it would have.

I could hardly believe my eyes when the kitchen light fell on the glass of water, the bubbles just shown like little jewels, either it was my imagination or they really are brighter, awesome looking.

8:30 p.m. we both felt a bit nauseated, nothing much just a little queasy, this passed in about 1/2 hour

11:45 p.m., decided to wet my long hair down and set it with some of the water, it runs as if it has thyoglycolic acid in it. Then took some cotton and wiped down my face and soaked the sores due to the flare up, sores seemed to calm down and skin feels really nice and smooth. With in a few seconds I felt warm and started to sweat a little, no biggy and it didn’t last maybe for a minute.

1:15 a.m. not sure if it’s just me or if the ringing in my ears has more clarity, think it’s time for bed anyway, don’t feel too good, not really sick, just not too good.

September 25
9:30 a.m. On the way to bed last night, noticed that both knees ached for some reason. Think I had the BEST nights sleep, woke up feeling really rested, my husband said that I talked in my sleep practically all night long, haven’t done that in many years; wished I could remember what it was all about. Unrolled my hair and could actually run my fingers through it without it tangling and knotting up, even the hairbrush runs through it nicely, the curl isn’t kinky or fuzzy either. Left ear was not all hard and crusty inside as usual, no scabs, instead it was oily feeling and moist, as if the oily substance from the water had the infection contained and kept it soft, it was easy to clean up the infected area. To my surprise, the right ear does not hurt or itch at all, nothing!

The sore on and below my lip has not cracked and bled as it usually does. There was no drainage from it that usually coats about half of my lips and sticks them shut either. The scab is firm and solid. I can hardly believe all of this, I NEVER expected to have any results this soon, not used to something working right away like this. Re-swabbed my ears and applied more of the water to the sore on lip area.

A few seconds after reapplying the water, I felt hot; a slight sweat came, didn’t even last a minute and was gone. Put the water on the backs of my hands again, about a minute later or less felt like an electric shock hit the back of my right hand and was gone.

11:30 a.m. - Scab on lip area really bugging me; it’s coming loose, pulled it off easily, what looks to be the inside of the pore came out easily also and did not bleed only a tiny bit. Usually it takes a month for it to get to this state before it starts to heal up and go away. This flare-up is only 2 weeks old. Now, seems as if the water might have loped off 3 weeks, we’ll see!! Also no pain in left shoulder joint, instead the muscle in upper arm hurts and is knotted, pain goes to the fingers, nothing that I can’t handle.

Only drank 1/4 cup of coffee this morning, it just didn’t taste good, and I don’t want the rest of my cigarette!! The cigarettes have no additives like the store kind, these come from the Cherokee in Cherokee, N. C., not that it makes smoking any better for you, but at least not quite as harmful, still going to quit, this will help to make it easier!! YEAAAAAAA!!

10 p.m. Had to be gone most of the day, missed drinking the water, felt really good all day though. A bit of nausea still sets in after drinking it; lasts any where from 5 to 10 minutes.

September 26
9:30 a.m. After being in bed for a while last night, I could have sworn that I saw 2 light beings or something like that standing together, with a feeling of well being; didn’t last long. Maybe it’s the power of suggestion or imagination. Time will tell. Real or not, I liked it; remember thinking, is this really real just before falling off to sleep. Left ear is so much better this morning, no scab, no drainage and no crusting, the ringing in left ear is definitely higher and clearer, overpowers the right ear. Sore on lip is also much better, but, have new blister trying to form on corner of mouth, painful and itchy. Red area on center of nose feels like a boil trying to form, painful, right on one of the areas where my nose was broken. For some reason I’m having a feeling of disjointedness, not really sadness, like something isn’t right.

9:45 a.m. Eyes watery, feels like a mild acid coming out, makes eyes burn, also pain in back of head where occipital bone is, lasted for about 20 minutes and was gone.

10:15 a.m. Inside of both knees itching and burning sensation, lasted for about an hour then gone; should have looked to see if the areas were red.

12:15 p.m. Ate a cluster of grapes, drank 16-ounce glass of the water, and applied the water to new blister, nose and ears.

12:50 p.m. New spots seem to feel better; itching and pain have calmed down. Going for another big glass of water. The feeling of disjointedness is gone now.

1:10 p.m. Just realized that I don’t remember when my arm stopped hurting yesterday.

Between 2 and 7 p.m. yesterday, had five 16-ounce glasses of the water, between those hours the area around shoulders; elbows and finger joints itched from the inside.

10 p.m. Change in ears ringing, stopped abruptly and changed tone quickly, right ear rang a higher pitch, then left ear took over and right side lowered in sound. My husband said it was a phase shift.

September 27
8 a.m. Slept well last night. Sores at corner of mouth not as angry, no pain, that is the improved part. Inside of ears healing up nicely, problem seems to have backed off, no drainage or crusting, 1 small scab left that should be gone in a day or two now.

10 p. m. The gland under chin is starting to swell up, becoming very painful. Only got to drink three large glasses of the water today. The nausea has stopped each time I drink the water.

September 28
8:15 a.m. Shortly after going to bed last night, a curious thing happened, about 5 to 10 minutes after I went to bed I saw a red and a white light off to one side. When I opened my eyes it didn’t go away; not that I wanted it to. I was not afraid of it, just curious as to where it was coming from. When looking in the direction of the small spots of light, they disappeared, but would return when looking straight ahead. At first thought it was a reflection from the clock on the swag light, so I covered the face of the clock with my hand; didn’t make it go away. As I became more intent to where this could be coming from it vanished and I didn’t see it again and fell asleep quickly after this. Gland under chin swollen and painful, I look and sound like a bullfrog! Left ear has a small swollen knot just inside the opening; original scab is so much better and still no drainage or scabbing. Blistering on lip isn’t too bad; not as itchy and painful.

7:30 p.m. So far today have had 3/4 of a gallon of the water, can’t seem to drink enough of it. Gland under chin not as painful, started coughing, clear phlegm that comes but does not feel like it’s from bronchial or lungs, as if it’s coming right up from this swollen gland, don’t know if that is possible or not, but that’s what it feels like. The knot in left ear is gone but the ear hole is still a bit painful, it is better than yesterday and this morning. Ringing in ears definitely has more clarity. Just below right shoulder I have a spot that itches like allergy itching; skin slightly red. I think the water is helping to clean the ole system up. Sore spot on nose is better; still slightly tender to the touch.

9:30 p.m. Rash around lip smaller; not as itchy or painful. Scab on lip loosened and started bleeding. I pulled it off; what looks to be the inside of many pores came out. This is typical, what isn’t is that it didn’t bleed much at all. Applied the water after the bleeding stopped; was slightly numbing.

12:50 a.m. I drank 1 1/2 gallons of water total today. All evening have been cold then hot and steamy feeling. The gland under my chin is swollen more and I have sore throat but it has been doing pretty good all day. I’m hoping that by drinking more of the water this will help to clear it faster. This flare-up seems to be going through its cycle quicker than usual. Again tonight, as last night, feels like something poking in upper eyelid of left eye; this will pass as it did before. Head hurts off and on, about the time I realize it aches, it stops or changes, like a pressure for a few seconds and then totally stops. Time for bed.

September 29
8:30 a.m. Woke up with head pain before getting up; felt like my whole brain hurt - whole spine hurt also. After I’de been up for 15 minutes the pain shifted to top of head and I had that headband feeling -- a very WIDE headband; eyes also ache. Boil like sore near rectum, size of silver dollar. Surprised it really doesn’t hurt much. Put slight pressure on it and a light blood colored jelly-like substance just ran from it like thick water. This relieved the pressure so I can sit normally. Now it’s down to quarter size; barely any pain to it -- this is different! Took Synthroid with the water. Gland under chin swollen but smaller; still a bit painful to the touch.

9:50 a.m. That wide headband feeling is beginning to subside. Both ears ringing very loud, left being the highest pitch. Pain in spine is gone. Still no crusting in either ear. My left ear still tender and has stinging feeling, but no scab. The actual sore is still there but getting smaller. This is a very good improvement. Have some minor sores on upper back and one on right shoulder; they’re nothing compared to what’s been happening. Blistering on lip is way down; still tender, but lots better -- what an improvement. Something I’ve noticed, my fingernails seem to be stronger and better, there is also a shine to them.

Something I’ve noticed for the past 2 days now, having trouble typing, look right at what I type, seems to look fine, then with another look it’s all scrambled and garbled and I have to retype -- it’s like the mind is ahead of every thing else and the body has to catch up; this is different.

1:30 p.m. Noticed the boil-like sore is smaller, about the size of a dime; think it will go away in a few days.

3:30 p.m. Left side of head and eye still hurts, can’t seem to shake it. Going to have to break down and take some feverfew. Inside left arm feels like it’s full of tiny cactus spines -- burning and prickly sensation.

6:08 p.m. Suddenly the high pitch ringing in left ear stopped; right ear sound is lower. Headache and eye pain is totally gone. There is a very high-pitched sound, no hissing or frying with it. Can’t really tell where I’m hearing it from. At first it seemed like it was coming from the back of my head -- now I can’t pin point it. I miss the sound being loud; it’s like it has been a companion and kept me company all these years and now it’s so different.

6:20 p.m. Sound still the same, low volume but really high pitched, plug one ear and then the other, sound is equal in both ears, it’s so soft yet so high.

6:30 p.m. The boil like sore on by bottom is totally GONE; no soreness or tenderness -- no nothing --as if it was NEVER there!! This is shocking, usually something like that lasts for a week or better, this was literally the size of a silver dollar as recorded at 8:30 this morning and now it is totally gone!! I’m literally dumbfounded by both things happening; the loss of the loud ringing in my ears and now the big sore is just gone. This kind of thing has never happened to me before! So far today have had 3/4 of a gallon of the water.

7:30 p.m. Feel nauseated but not. Weak and shaky feeling, but not shaking -- just feels that way. Hot and steamy comes and goes quickly. Tummy has strange feeling as if strained, like lifting things, but doesn’t hurt. Whole being/body feels different, tired feeling, really tired, almost like exhaustion has set in, but don’t really feel sleepy like I want to go to bed, not easy to explain this. I want to laugh and make these short little sounds, like hmmmm, ahhhh, etc, this is really strange, I can’t help it, I just want to laugh, guess I’d better let it roll on out.

7:45 p.m. Feels like a flow or surge of energy through arms -- like there is strength there -- as if they were getting stronger. Also a feeling that goes up and around or inside of head, not through center of head though -- don’t know how to explain that either.

8:15 p.m. I want to just sit, feel perfectly content to sit here and look around the room; this is really different for me. The burning sensation in my tummy is leaving, I feel really alert in the head, but the outside of me feels plain plum tuckered out. Both ears are ringing equally in sound and are slightly louder but not like the loudness I had before. Burning and prickly sensation on left arm is lessening -- beginning to feel a lot better. The urge to laugh and make short little sounds seems to have passed.

2:30 a.m. Watching last video, my husband felt a stinging on the left side of his face, from nowhere he had a blood red blistered sore the size of a nickel, it had broken open and wept some when he rubbed the side of his face.

September 30
9:30 a.m. The sore on his face is faint this morning; can hardly tell that it’s there. He says that the ringing in his ears is really loud, never been this loud before, has always been a low sound. Ringing in my ears is the same, lower sound. Place under chin, swelling down, still tender to touch.

1:30 p.m. My husband said the sore on his face is slightly itchy, still looks the same as this morning.

9:30 p.m. Sore on my husband’s face is totally gone, you’d never know it happened.

October 1
8:00 a.m. Nothing different or new.

11:30 a.m. Spoke too soon, back of neck and head starting to hurt.

10:00 p.m. In general felt like crap all day, not really sick, just don’t feel good. Head and neck pain never really went away, it’s just there and spread up to top of head. Still got a gallon of the water down.

The good that is happening, the blisters on face and mouth have all gone down, the little white things that usually come out of these sores before they will heal have pretty much been all dried up and just came out easily and mostly on their own, with the exception of 2 times earlier during this flare up. Sore in left ear is crusty again -- not bad this time -- no other drainage from within the ear. Right ear is acting up, no sores though. The rim of the hole that leads into the ear is sore and painful but not down into the ear; it’s at the rim or opening where the problem is. It literally feels like an acid when a liquid seeps out from this area; this usually goes along with the problem and is nothing new. At least this time I’ve had no other sores around the outside of my ears or down the jaw area; this is one big improvement. Swelling under chin is back and just as painful again.

I have to admit that for a few moments this morning at breakfast I felt like breaking down. Enough is enough of this thing; felt like I wanted to crumble, so sick of these flare ups, so many years of this with no reason as to why!! About the time I felt the tears starting to come, new hope came to mind, this very well could be the last time it ever happens again. I stayed positive, thinking there is much to be thankful for, Rome wasn’t built in a day and got the feelings under control.

October 2
8:a.m. Felt good to just lay in bed when waking up, but the longer I laid there the more my spine began to hurt and up the back of the head, but after getting up this went away. This is nothing unusual, happens off and on, what is unusual is that it didn’t take long for the pain to leave -- that is the improvement. Sore on lip drained again but not bad and is even smaller -- another improvement. Ringing in left ear is getting louder and dominates. Last night ringing in right ear had a double tone that I’ve not had or remember happening before. Swelling under chin went down some and quicker than usual but is still painful (but only to the touch). That is an improvement. For the past 3 days have had a slight blockage, this morning had some diarrhea; this is something that has not ever happened before with these flare-ups.

11 a. m. Flu like symptoms setting in, diarrhea and chills.

2:15 p.m. Flu like symptoms seem to have passed. Back of head still hurts.

7:30 p.m. Pain in back of head is finally gone. We both have noticed that it is very easy to drink the m-state water and more of it, it doesn't make us feel bloated like when drinking regular tap water. M-state water does seem to always be cool even when sitting at room temperature unlike regular tap water.

12:23 a.m. Don’t feel good -- not sick feeling -- just don’t feel good. While brushing my hair out before bed, I noticed that the quarter sized bald spot left of the widows peak is nearly covered, new hair is growing in, its short but it’s there; I’m totally astonished!!

October 3
10:10 a.m. Under chin area not as swollen as before when just getting up, but painful when I yawned. Right ear, crusty, thin, dry, wax-like skin came out with two scabs in it. Sore in left ear smaller; drained but not bad like it was. Woke up with new boil like sore on left side as the other one was. It was about 2 inches down at an angle from where the other one was, putting it more towards the inside of leg but not on the leg. A little larger than the size of a large garden pea; not painful, just itches slightly. An improvement this morning -- did not wake up with headache or spine hurting and feel pretty decent. Another improvement -- lost 2 lbs.

Thirty some years ago I dove too shallow into the lake; literally was stuck up to my shoulders in muck. My brother pulled me out; it gave my neck a good crunch. Twenty years ago, I leaned a 2 by 4 up against a tree, which was not to bright, just wasn’t thinking. I was making something for my 7 year old daughter to climb around and play on -- we called it the play thing. The wind started blowing, the 2 by 4 fell and hit me square in the back of the head on the occipital bone. How long I laid on the ground unconscious I don’t know, but when I came to I had a huge lump and one whale of a headache.

11:15 a.m. Something I’ve just noticed, the skin on my arms and face is getting this shine to it and feels slightly oily, its smoother and softer, not as rough as it has been. My fingernails have a shine to them like they've been buffed. Legs have a shinny look but skin still feels rough and dry, also have 2 large areas on left leg that are itching like mad. I’ve been told that dry rough skin is not uncommon when you loose your thyroid, was told you just live with it.

6:45 p.m. Back of head is starting to scream at me again.

11:45 p.m. The boil is twice the size, keep applying the water; think it helps to keep the soreness down. Headache comes and goes -- spreads to top of head. Left leg, ankle and foot hurt off and on where it’s been broken.

October 4
8:20 a.m. Didn’t have a very good night; if it wasn’t my neck and head hurting in various places it was my left shoulder giving me fits and lymph nodes in collar bone area ached. Stormed all night long. I laid awake all night and could not get warm, yet I felt sweaty. I tried to get up a few times but just laid there; my body literally felt like a chunk of lead. Sometime around 5:30 a.m. the pain started to subside. Other than my mental status from yesterday afternoon being shot, I don’t feel too bad this morning. The sore on my lip is 1/2 gone, no rash left, area directly under chin is not swollen but is still a bit tender. Sore in left ear had a white crust that fell off, right ear is fine. The boil is smaller and a little tender. Ears stopped ringing for a short time, then started again -- ringing louder.

12:15 p.m. Have not had any water yet. No headache. Right arm is cold for some reason.

12:19 p.m. Just drank 16-ounce glass of the water.

1:04 p.m. Back side of head starting to hurt.

Think it’s time for some truth here, besides the other things mentioned above, my biological father used to beat me with my baby bottle. Later when there was no baby bottle to use, he used a rubber hose to beat mom and me. I was forever getting it in the head. I know that my skull is full of old fractures, and this also accounts for the short circuit of some kind in the cortex. I know this as fact -- when our daughter worked for the hospital systems, I asked her to get into their archives. She found what I needed to know that the doctor would not tell me straight out. So it’s possible the m-state water is going after what is wrong and fixing it. There is always hope, without it we would be so lost.

I feel this would account for all the neck and head pain that is happening since I’ve started drinking the m-state water. This is hard for me to admit openly; I can still hear my mom’s screams and still have some fear deep inside about my step dad. It wasn’t easy growing up and with a transferal of fear to my step dad, but he too has a bad temper, my half brother and I were worked over a few times by him, but at least he never laid a hand on mom. Sometimes the pain feels close to being unbearable and exactly like getting smashed all over again, but about the time I feel as if I can’t take it any more, it does let up some and then begins again.

12:45 a.m. Only drank 3/4 of a gallon of the water today; even felt good enough to get some things done -- was not as tired. Side and top of head still hurts off and on and where my nose was broken. The boil is smaller and almost gone, it never did come to a head or break, it’s just going away. Something I noticed, the backs of my hands appear to not have as many wrinkles. My husband has noticed that the scar on his left ear lobe is peeling. Also when he drinks the water he says that he feels a tickle or itch inside his left lung where he has a lot of scar tissue from having had pneumonia so many times. I have a flat mole on the inside of both arms, think it’s what's called a fleshy mole. The inside of my right arm has been itching the past 2 days; today I noticed that the center of the mole is flaking away.

October 5
8:45 a.m. When waking, right side of head hurts and my right ear is full of wax like crust around the hole itself. Corner of mouth is cracked wide open and tender. I pulled out some of those white things that come, got some relief. What is better about this is that these white things are smaller, they come out easier and most have been dried up and literally sticking out. The whole area in general is a lot better and smaller. Three new sores on upper back, the one on right shoulder is gone.

11:55 a.m. Ears changed tone again. Something hard and white on nose, not a typical sore, it doesn’t hurt.

12:45 a.m. Day went pretty well, only got to drink 3 1/2 glasses of water today. The head pain is almost not there.

October 6
10:11 a.m. my husband said this morning that the small scar on his left elbow is also weeping and scaling like the one on his right earlobe. Head is totally screaming this morning, eyes hurt; I’m sure if I looked in the mirror I’d see the word tilt across my forehead! Sore on nose broke during night and has a dried bloody scab -- sore as all get out.

Right jawbone is painful to the touch, Sore in left ear is totally gone. Right ear is dry and flaky, stings and burns around opening of ear. The boil is nearly gone also. Sore at corner of mouth has literally split in half; scab on both sides of it and open through the middle.

12:10 p.m. Pain in head has backed off, yet it comes and goes; doesn’t hurt quite as bad. Eyes not as sensitive to the light. We have not had any of the m-state water yet.

3:45 p.m. Head and eye pain gone. 3 glasses of water so far.

7 p.m. Right side of jaw is swollen and sore, lump inside of right cheek -- painful.

2:30 a.m. Drank 3/4 of a gallon of the water today. Right side of head starting to hurt but not bad right now. Area under chin is tender to the touch.

October 7
10:05 a.m. Head and eyes don’t hurt this morning, what a relief. Boil gone. Right side of jawbone towards chin still painful; a new blister formed by sore on mouth. Inside of mouth, cheek area still hurts but not as bad, it feels something like a ridge. If you were to suck your checks in-between your teeth, this is the area -- right where you could accidentally bite the inside of your cheek when eating. Sore on side of nose is better. Left shoulder feels as if there are little pins in it; lower back about the waist area aches. I have been hauling plants back into the greenhouse and re-potting all this week -- could by why. When brushing my teeth this morning, I noticed that one of the cavities that is on the tooth next to the 2 front lower teeth on the left is GONE. The same tooth on the right, that cavity is smaller!! Both ears seem to be fine, like nothing was wrong. No swelling under chin but still tender to the touch.

11:15 a.m. Right side of jaw towards chin is numb feeling and the numbness is spreading up to the corner of my mouth.

12:20 p.m. It literally feels numb as if I’d been to a dentist, and like I’m drooling, but I’m not. Area is a little swollen and has a burning sensation like what you get from a shot of Novocain.

1:45 p.m. Numb feeling seems to be leaving; not totally gone yet.

2:00 p.m. Right back side of head has a throbbing sensation, goes about as fast as it comes. Numb feeling started spreading upward to cheekbone and into eyebrow. This feeling isn’t too bad and is tolerable. Right side of throat is sore.

2:15 p.m. Right cheek literally feels as if I have been slapped across the face, it’s that kind of numbing, stinging and burning sensation now. Area around the right corner of mouth still feels numb with a slight cold sensation that comes and goes. Sore throat is gone.

This has not ever happened before with these flare-ups. Where this is happening is exactly where I fractured my cheek bone several years ago from walking through the house at night with no light on. I walked into the corner of the Leslie cabinet. Five years ago I had to have a large cyst removed from the front of the cheek. When I was 2 yrs old, I accidentally ran into a corner of a kitchen sink; the metal trim that went around the outside of the area was loose and hanging. When I ran into it, the metal with some wood attached literally stuck into my face, making a nasty gash from the corner of the eyebrow around the outside edge of the eye and down along the cheek, stopping just short of the corner of my mouth.

3:45 p.m. Pain in right jawbone is gone. Noticed there is a small lump size of small garden pea about 1 inch from tip of chin on right side. This area is still a little swollen; painful to the touch, but the numbing sensation has stopped.

4:55 p.m. Lips have buzzing sensation, started at right of corner of mouth, went across to slightly over center of lips and faded out, lasted for only a few seconds.

6:30 p. m. Feeling really great and different and different, almost like a new lease on life; this is GREAT.

11:45 p.m. Lump on jaw is straight down from corner of mouth on right side. It feels hot and feverish and the whole area is puffy; the lump is hard. Another lump has come in between this one and corner of mouth. This one is firm yet squishy feeling -- only painful to the touch. Sore from flare-up is getting better and smaller; it’s no longer split in the middle but as one firm hard scab. Inside of cheek still has like a welt in it. Head has had a few twinges of pain, on right side, nothing like it has been, almost not worth mentioning. Area directly under chin is back to looking more normal; very little pain to the touch and the lump is smaller -- this is definitely getting better. Small knot like lump behind right earlobe; no pain with it. Did drink a gallon of the m-state water today and sprayed it on face and troubled areas 3 times today as well.

October 8
10:04 Area directly under chin has no pain, lump gone, jaw area to corner of lip still swollen, lump in jaw is size of small garden pea and tender to the touch. Pain in jawbone is totally gone. Welt inside of cheek is better; a bit painful if I push my tongue across it. The whole thing is better and no numbing sensation at all. No head or eye pain; actually feeling better.

One thing that I keep neglecting to write down is, I still get hot and steamy feeling after applying or drinking the m-state water, but it doesn’t happen right away as before and some times not at all. Times when we both will feel very sleepy after drinking it. I have had a few times (about 4 times now) when I’ve felt VERY hungry.

5:15 p.m. Lips had that buzzing or vibrating sensation again, didn’t last very long, less than a minute. The swelling is down some; area has a pinkish rose look instead of red and angry.

11:45 p.m. Felt pretty good all day and cleaned house like crazy. The problem area is about the same and swollen. The one new spot from a few days ago is almost gone. Ears are still okay, right one has a white dry scale like something, don’t know if it’s dry skin or like a dry wax substance that flakes off. Drank a little over a gallon of the water today.

Subject: M-State Water Trap Diary Update

October 9
9:45 a.m. When I went to bed last night, coughed up some phlegm, it was salty. When I had that spot on the lung, went through what’s called the d.e.n.v.e.r. treatment where you had to inhale a salty mist like steam. I wonder if it could be from way back then. Woke up this morning with a deep aching pain in right side of head. Swelling at jaw is way down; slightly puffy and a little tender to the touch; lump is very small now. Area inside of cheek is better, one spot tender where I accidentally bit a chunk right out of that area once while eating. The sore at corner of mouth is smaller and has split open again and draining. New spot that appeared a few days ago is almost gone.

10:27 a.m. Pain in left wrist lasted about 3 minutes. In 1969 I was ice skating. An old ice fishing hole that I didn’t see caused me to take a spill landing on my hand and pushing it backwards. When it was x-rayed all the small wrist bones were spread apart, but nothing was broken. Left shoulder hurts again; think the bursitis is trying to act up.

2:45 p.m. Area across back of head, from side to side like a wide band above the occipital bone started aching. A few seconds later the pain stopped and started again above it from side to side near top portion of head but what is still considered the back of the head. It lasted only a few seconds before subsiding, now back of head has a dull ache. I need to move around to see if some exercise will help this.

4:26 p.m. Extra movement or exercise doesn’t seem to make a difference with the pain one-way or the other. While drinking another tall glass of m-state water my jaw popped a little. This reminded me that in the last few weeks my husband has not experienced his left jaw locking up on him as it did when eating a meal, nor has he had any pain in it for about two weeks. This seems to be one of those subtle things that appear to just fade into history without really being noticed, unless the spouse is aware of it. Another thing that we became aware of is his elbows. My husband had pulled the tendons in his elbows about ten years ago and didn’t see a doctor for it.

Ever since that time his elbows would burn as if there was a lit match inside them when doing any heavy work. The burning sensations would last for two days. Recently he has been having to lift some heavy things and became aware that this problem has gone away. Just to test them out to really make sure this is gone, he has been doing several push ups a couple of times during the day.

5:47 p.m. Head pain gone.

8:45 p.m. Feeling better and better as the evening wears on, like a new kind of energy, I’m sure enjoying this!!

9:00 a.m. Woke up this morning feeling just fine.

5:00 p.m. Back of head and down into neck is painful, hot and steamy feeling.

7:35 p.m. Inside of right cheek hurts again, slight welt inside that leads to the corner of mouth where what is left of the sore from flare up. Head and neck pain is a little better, doesn’t ache quite as bad.

1:10 a.m. For the past 2 hours now, at 10 minute intervals, it feels as if I have a gall bladder again. I have that bile taste and like I’m having a gall bladder attack, but not as bad. Have one more glass of m-state water to drink before bed and I will have had my one-gallon of water plus another 16-ounce glass today.

October 11
8:00 a.m. This morning I feel really good, sometimes I sleep for 7 hours of instead of 8 to 10 hours. Inside of cheek feels better, almost not worth mentioning. What’s left of this flare up at corner of mouth is looking really good, no more bleeding or new spots; scab is firm and tight. Inside of ears are 100% better. The saltiness to the phlegm that is coughed up seems to come and go.

12:51 p.m. Upset tummy, taste of bile, gall bladder related.

3:30 p.m. Finished mopping the floor and realized the upset tummy is gone and no more bile taste. Slight dull ache in back of head, neck is ok.

Another thing that I have neglected to mention is, each time I apply the m- state water to my face, neck and arms, (4 to 6 times a day), the skin feels firmer, like it is tighter. It’s very cool, refreshing and clean feeling, as if I had been for a cool swim on a hot day.

7:00 p.m. Top of head aching.

8:00 p.m. Ache has moved towards back of head. Knees ache. Feels like impacted wisdom teeth are back and swollen on left upper side.

8:30 p.m. The impacted feeling is gone and no swelling, but eyes ache.

9:00 p.m. Left cheek feels as if there are tiny cactus spines are in it.

9:35 p.m. Ears changed tone and ringing is louder.

11:20 p.m. Eyes still ache, knees no longer hurt, head still aching, hot and steamy feeling. Back of throat sore. Other than what is happening now, today was a good day and got a lot accomplished.

7:45 a.m. Feel good this morning, no aches or pains.

1:30 p.m. Still going strong and feel really great, only one problem, my glass gallon jug just cracked; have to find some thing else for the water.

3:45 p.m. Had to run across a little over 3/4 of an acre to front of the house, mail lady pulled in the drive. When I brought the mail in, I realized that I was not winded or out of breath from the running.

5:28 p.m. Felt really good up to now, nauseated and back of head hurts.

5:50 p.m. Nauseated feeling gone, head still aches but better. Started coughing and fluid came up from left lung or bronchial tube as if I had accidentally swallowed water when swimming.

8:12 p.m. Feeling just fine and fit as a fiddle. This evening I knelt down to pet my dog. After I stood up, I realized that my knees didn’t pop, snap and crunch like they used to. Then I decided to get right down on my knees on the floor, it doesn’t hurt to do that any more.

9:00 p.m. Right jaw where it hinges, muscle burns and tingles like an itching sensation; skin is tender to the touch,

12:30 a.m. Jaw still tender, burns slightly.

8:45 a.m. Jaw seems to be all right this morning. I feel good, but had an unpleasant dream during the night. Woke up with another boil like sore about the size of a garden pea on bottom, the last one never came to a head or broke. I’ve not had boils since I was in my early teens.

10:12 a.m. Jaw area stings a bit, nothing bad. Coughed up a liquid from lungs again.

3:00 p.m. Didn’t notice when jaw felt better.

7:18 p.m. Still feeling good. When applying some fresh m-state water to face, arms and hands it had a slight stinging sensation.

8:30 p.m. Top right side, inside of mouth between cheek and gums, what feels like a canker sore has developed, stings a little and teeth ache. My husband said that his teeth ache also and a few days ago he had what felt like a canker sore on the left side of his upper lip, but it is going away now.

2:53 a.m. Stinging is gone, but sore is still there, teeth stopped aching.

10:00 a.m. Sore is still there, but not painful. We both are feeling pretty good this morning. Slept for 7 hours last night.

12:35 a.m. Sometime during the day, what felt like a canker sore disappeared. Only got to drink 3/4 of a gallon of m-state water today. No head or eye pain; no pain at all. The boil on my bottom has become real small, slightly itchy once in a while. Vasculitis sore at corner of my mouth is totally gone; flare up seems to be over.

1:07 a.m. Inside of left arm started to sting about mid way up arm from wrist, 3 small red spots came from nowhere. I applied m-state water then stinging within a few seconds, but red spots are still there.

8:35 a.m. Woke up feeling really good and rested. The three little spots on left arm are still there and area is a pinkish red, but no itching or pain.

7:15 p.m. Right side of head above and slightly forward started aching, reached up to rub it and a hot searing pain shot from the area into right eye. Only lasted for 10 minutes. Eye still feels ache, right cheekbone aches slightly, and bone just under the eye feels tender, but nothing bad. Top of left hand just below the knuckle on fist started stinging and turned red. I sprayed m-state water on it. The burning sensation seem to stop right away along with the redness. The spots on left arm are gone.

7:45 p.m. In spite of drinking a gallon of m-state water so far today, I feel so thirsty and almost like I’m dehydrated -- can not seem to get enough m-state water to drink.

9:15 p.m. The area of right side of head is tender and almost raw feeling when I touch it; front of cheekbone where scar is from the cyst removal is sore. Feels as if I’ve been smacked; area just under eye and brow bone is painful.

1:30 a.m. Mastoid gland is tight and slightly puffy -- a little painful. On upper lip, right side, another blistered spot has broken out. My lower lip on right side feels as if there is a paper cut on it, but nothing is there. Eye is sore when I blink. Today I’ve drunk 2 gallons of m-state water, most of which I drank this evening.

October 16
9:45 a.m. Whole right side of face including forehead is very tender feeling and sore without being touched. Right eye is painful. Small blister on upper right side of lip where it felt like there was a paper cut last night. Lower right side of lip has a small split as if it is a paper cut. Right arm aches as if broken again; this feeling does not last very long, just a couple of minutes. Right ear had a thin layer of dried wax that looked like skin; when this came out there was a dried small scab in the center of it. Applied m-state water to face; this seems to have calmed things down a little bit. Inside of right cheek are 3 small white spots inside of what looks like a long blood blister -- this is painful.

10:15 a.m. Small paper-like cut on right side of lower lip is gone and so is the small blister-like spot on right side of upper lip.

12:14 p.m. Have applied m-state water three times now and each time the pain, feverish feeling and swelling lessened. The spot inside of cheek looks like a long puffy blood blister with three white spots in it; there is less pain in it now.

5:35 p.m. Face is feeling much better, inside of cheek still has a blood blister look with the spots in it, but hardly any pain left. This is the area that has had a long lump in it then would go away and flare up again.

1:27 a.m. Inside of cheek is still getting better; if this was not happening to me I don't think I would really believe this. Today I drank a gallon and three quarters of fresh m-state water.

I have been thinking as to possibly why the same areas keep flaring up. Thinking back to when I first started drinking the m-state water, I had all kinds of electrical stings, pokes and jabs. I believe that it was working on repairing damaged nerves in all areas that needed help.

Then more pain in the same areas came back, but not with the pokes and jabs. It was deeper, as if working on the bones that are affected, then going to different areas of the body to work. Each time the pain, aches and hurts were slightly different, as if the m-state was working over these different areas at different depths or degrees and working backwards at the same time. It seems to help the most recent injury or problem area first then back to the ones from earlier in life. Like it takes care of certain things in different degrees at a different rate. I think this would explain the difference in the types and depths of pain and aches.

If this is how the m-state is really working, to fix the newest ailments first, then work backwards and in certain stages as well, it would seem like one could call this an intelligent process rather than just an overwhelming micro-chemical blast of a fixer upper. It seems to know what to do and when, in all areas of the body. Is it a subtle intelligent energy form? Kind of like a ship that is sinking, you plug and fix the biggest hole first, then start repairing the other structural damage, then work on from there taking care of the less serious problems in the degree of damage.

8:00 a.m. Feel really good this morning. The problem area inside of cheek is doing a lot better, swelling is gone, have a small white spot left inside the cheek, no blood blister. I have no pain, tenderness or anything bothering me anywhere. Slept for 5 hours last night.

3:10 p.m. Still going strong.

2:48 a.m. Still no problems of any kind, the spot inside the cheek area is almost gone. Drank 1 1/2 gallons of m-state today. I still cannot get over how easy it is to drink water in the m-state form compared to regular tap water. When we drink tap water it leaves my husband and I feeling bloated and like it's sloshing around in our tummies and doesn't seem to really quench our thirst. Before it was all I could do to drink down an 8 ounce glass of tap water, but the m-state water goes down really nice and smooth. I can drink a full 16 ounce glass of m-state water straight down without stopping as if its one big swallow and I still want more, but that's when I'm really thirsty, usually it's in just two swallows. I also find it hard to just pour a glass of m-state and let it sit there and drink it slowly.

October 18
8:45 a.m. Had 5 hours sleep last night and got up feeling refreshed and really good this morning. Usually I've been sleeping 7 hours; it's really nice to not need as much sleep as I used to need. The spot inside my cheek is still there and smaller, almost not worth mentioning. I am hungry this morning; I could eat the door off its hinges!!

11:52 a.m. I just remembered something that happened a few days ago, and I feel that this is an important improvement. A lady came to visit; she has been here before, a couple of times. She is loud and what I considered to be very obnoxious – nosy, always right -- the kind of person that makes you feel like groaning and running to hide when they are just pulling in the drive. This time it was different, somehow I begin to see her in a different light or way; I had more patience with her and could handle the situation differently.

I'm not sure if it's my attitude towards her that has changed, or if I have more patience or even a better understanding -- maybe it's all of it combined. But I do know that instead of shrieking inside myself and wishing she would leave, I actually began to enjoy the visit with her because of the change in myself.

8:45 p.m. My husband finished putting more magnets on the vortex trap, he ran it for a few seconds and then filled some containers. This definitely made the water stronger and it's sweeter tasting. About 2 to 3 minutes after drinking just one half of a 16-ounce glass full, we both started coughing -- really coughing. He feels a burning sensation in his lungs and is coughing up clear phlegm, and he says that it isn't much at a time. I coughed up clear phlegm the first two times, but later it was like milk. The fourth and fifth time there was black stuff in it, the sixth time it was milky again. The bronchial tubes feel tight, I get chills, then hot and back to chills. My voice has deepened as it does when you get sick, I literally feel like I have bronchial pneumonia but without the rest of the nastiness that goes with it. When I breathed deeply after drinking the first glass, at first it was like little pins were poking me from my neck, arms, back and chest down to my waist. This only happened once and was over before I could blink.

9:30 p.m. As of now, I've drunk 3 more 16-ounce glasses; still getting chills a few seconds after drinking the water -- it's less than 30 seconds that this happens and it seems to only last for 10 seconds, then I feel hot which lasts for about the same amount of time. So far today I have drunk a gallon of m-state water and am still drinking more. My head hurts, not bad, think this is from all the coughing. When I breathe deep it rattles, so it is definitely helping.

12:36 a.m. Now that all the coughing is over, and the feeling of pneumonia is gone, the top of my head is itching like crazy. Getting sharp but very short stings and jabs. I have a project that I need to finish for the evening and am fighting to get it done -- I'm really slow working on it. I'm tired, yet it’s not a body kind of tired -- it's more mental, like a brain fog -- just can not seem to think a thought through completely without having to stop and think about it.

1:00 a.m. When I moved my head to look down and side ways to my right at something, I had an odd feeling in my left ear like something dropped out of it. When I felt it, there was a piece of hard yellow wax that had popped out of the ear canal that was about the size of the head of a quilting pin. I've never had this happen before.

1:15 a.m. Right ear stopped ringing or plugged up, I felt a little dizzy, then it started in ringing again.

October 19
11:15 a.m. Slept for 9 hours last night. This morning, my head, upper part of spine and neck was screaming at me, it felt excruciating. Drank 1/2 of a glass of m-state with thyroid pill first thing, as usual. Half of glass would be 8-ounces in the glass I use. After being up for half hour, the pain in upper part of spine went away. I can tell more now just where the pain in head and neck really is. The areas that hurt are where I injured my neck when I dove too shallow into the water. Intense pain comes up from the large bone at the top of spine where dowager's hump is, up the back of the neck and spreads out like fingers up the back of the head and fans out into the forehead and my eyes ache. From that neck bone it runs across from side to side towards the shoulders but doesn't go clear to the shoulders.

2:10 p.m. The pain is better, down to more of a dull ache and across the forehead. Drank 1/2 gallon of m-state water so far. It’s one of those types of pains that it doesn't matter if you’re sitting still or up moving around, it's just there.

4:30 p.m. Head pain is different, like I have a skullcap on, but does not keep me from doing things. Have also drunk a full gallon of the water. Off and on through the day have started coughing but nothing severe; each time phlegm has come up it’s mostly clear rather than milky like last night. Energy level isn't too bad, just moving a little slower today.

5:45 p.m. Headache more at forehead now. I'm cold and can't seem to get warm. The hungrys finally hit my husband; he ate almost constantly for four hours before he felt full.

7:57 p.m. Headache backing off, it first narrowed down to a very wide band-like feeling. I think that with the m-state water being stronger it’s working deeper into the system. So far have drunk 1 1/2 gallons of m-state water and I'm beginning to feel better and a little more alert now.

3:34 a.m. I don’t remember when all that pain actually went away, but it's gone and I'm feeling really good. Time has gone by so fast I didn't realize that it was this late, or should I say early!

10:45 a. m. Woke up feeling really good this morning, slept for 7 hours last night. Some times I wished that I didn't have to go to bed at all, there's so many things to do and it seems like not enough time to do it in. But, the more time one has, it seems like the more one takes on. My husband and I have noticed that our faces are feeling more slick or oily, but it's not an oily feel like what grease or cooking oil is, it has a very nice feel. Left eye bothering me as if there is an eyelash in it, but cannot see anything when I look for it.

Shortly after going to bed last night, I had a wonderful feeling or thing happen. A very warm and spiraling sensation or surge of a warm flow started deep inside at about the naval area or maybe slightly below and flowed upward. I felt this spiraling go up into the chest area where it seemed more intense. Then it was a lighter feeling and I seemed to loose track of it for a second as if it had stopped, but then it seemed to come again or continue and I literally felt it inside my head as if the whole inside of my head was filled with this warm and wonderful surge of spiraling warmth. I can't really explain just how wonderful and awesome this feeling was.

I have to admit that there are some things that I am a bit of a doubting Thomas on when I hear or read about some things. But, I feel that this is also due to a lack of understanding/knowledge in the given subject area on my part that I am doubting or wonder about. I do not totally disbelieve or disregard whatever the subject may be on or about and do not think about it as a constant. I just wonder and contemplate it now and then at different times, but when it literally happens to me, then I become a real and true believer.

I have read in the past about chakra's opening up, how the coiled serpent, when awakened, will rise up throughout one’s body. Now that I literally have experienced this, there is no longer any doubt about it in my mind, but I'm still not inclined to go out and find a mountain peak to sit on and meditate. I'm still my normal self, whatever normal is!!

1:10 a.m. The day was hectic, lost track of how much m-state I really drank but know I had at least a gallon, drinking most of it in the afternoon. I literally feel mentally exhausted tonight; my thinking is slow. My left eye is still bothering me.

10:01 a.m. Left eye still bothering me, feels like some thing is in it, but I can't find anything, both eyes are puffy, with the left one being more so. I feel like I could stay in bed all day, don't feel bad, just tired.

5:00 p.m. Sometime today my eye stopped bothering me.

2:25 a.m. Right cheek area has a mushy like swelling, not painful.

8:30 a.m. Right cheek area still swollen, still not painful, but have a stinging sensation that goes into ear. Other than that I'm feeling really good today.

6:34 p.m. Cheek area still puffy, not like it was, no pain in the ear now. Still feeling really good.

9:10 p.m. So far today drank close to a gallon of the m-state water. This is stronger than before with the extra magnets on the trap. Still get that hot and steamy feeling, but not as often.

3:45 p.m. Inside of ear pokes a bit, nothing bad. Seems as if there is some kind of correlation between my ear and the problem with my cheek.

11:36 p.m. Been going strong all day; full of energy like I've never had before. Didn't drink a full gallon today -- only got half -- but with the water being stronger, that would make up for it.
